Michelle Major, a Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP), join the NEHGS / American Ancestors staff in January of 2007. Her many years in non-profit include Retail Manager at the Bostonian Society and seventeen years at the Boston Museum of Science in many different functions. She received her degree in Business Management/ Human Resources Concentration from Marian Court College. Michelle enjoys camping, hiking, skiing, history, and generally spending time with her family. Michelle, her husband George, and her son George Jr. live in Swampscott.
