In the midst of Tuscany’s autumn harvest splendor, join Curt DiCamillo for a week of villa-hopping, hill town explorations, and delicious regional cuisine, all while based at the luxurious Grand Hotel Continental in historic Siena. The city will open for us in a unique way as we discover its grand palaces, stunning squares, historic markets, and incomparable medieval treasures. Along the way we will enjoy several meals and receptions amid frescoed halls and prized art collections within delectable private homes. Excursions into the stunning countryside will bring an endless cavalcade of glorious villas and gardens, ranging from the sweeping panoramas of the Val d’Orcia to the forested hills of the Montagnola to the vineyard-covered landscapes of the Chianti. For those wishing to extend their stay, a three-night optional extension to Florence is available that will offer a combination of classic art touring and exclusive visits to private venues within the city and the bucolic countryside. Whether this is your first visit to Tuscany or your fifth, this is an experience not to be missed!
