Dionne most recently worked in development at the National Archives Foundation and held leadership positions at Lehigh University and the University of the Virgin Islands. Dionne has an MBA from Cornell University, an MFA in Arts Management from Brooklyn College, and a BA in Africana Studies from Vassar College.
