As Manager of Member Services, Patricia leads a team of Member Services Associates to ensure that member needs, questions, and interests are met with care and efficiency. She joined American Ancestors in the fall of 2025, bringing extensive experience in membership development, programming, and community building. 

Previously, she developed educational programs, events and strategic initiatives that strengthened engagement, growth, and retention among a global community across creative industries and professional associations.
