Laina joined American Ancestors in January 2026. She works within the Member Services team to provide support to our members and enjoys learning more about her own family history. Previously, Laina worked as a Member & Visitor Services Representative at the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston, as well as the Staff and Personnel Manager for the UMass Marching Band. She holds a BA in Sociology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
