    NEHGS Experts  


    David Allen Lambert

    David has been on the NEHGS staff since 1993. He has published in the New England Historical and Genealogical Register;the New Hampshire Genealogical Record, Rhode Island Roots, The Mayflower Descendant, and American Ancestors magazine. His genealogical expertise includes New England and Atlantic Canadian records of the 17th through the 21st century; military records; and Native American and African American genealogical research in New England. He has published A Guide to Massachusetts Cemeteries (NEHGS) and various volumes about his hometown of Stoughton, Massachusetts.


    Judith Lucey

    Judy Lucey joined the staff in 2003. She received a B.S. in Education from Northeastern University and an M.S. in Library and Information Science from Simmons College. Her genealogical interests include Irish genealogy, Nova Scotia, Newfoundland,19th- and 20th-century genealogy, beginning genealogy, Italian research, and the history of Cambridge and Somerville, Massachusetts. A native of the Boston area, she currently resides in Somerville.

    Cancellation Policy

    Written cancellations received before May 16, 2014, will be subject to a $300 per person cancellation fee. No refund is possible after this date. Fees are based on group participation.There is no refund for services or portions of the tour not taken, or for participants who do not complete the tour.
