    Double registration (includes seven nights double accommodations at Salt Lake Plaza Hotel, two dinners, one lunch, consultations, lectures, and activities), $1,350 per person

     

    Double registration with non-researching guest (includes seven nights double accommodations at Salt Lake Plaza Hotel, two dinners, one lunch for both participants; consultations, lectures, and activities for researching guest only), $1,850 total for both participants

     

    Commuter registration (includes all tour meals and activities except lodging), $775 per person

    Travel insurance

     

    Any other fees or costs associated with the trip

     

     

    Cancellation Policy

    Written cancellations received before October 1, 2013, will be subject to a $300 per person cancellation fee. No refund is possible after this date. Fees are based on group participation. There is no refund for services or portions of the tour not taken, or for participants who do not complete the tour.
