Searching for any information on Eliphalet Hobart Hewitt that proves his removal from Stonington, CT to SC. Eliphalet was born in Stonington 07 Aug 1767. His parents are Nathaniel Hewitt and Anna Hobart(Hubbard?). His siblings were John, Sarah and Nathaniel. John migrated to OH; Nathaniel is believed to have died young; Sarah married Elam Cheseborough but I've found no information on where Sarah and Elam died or relocated to. Any assistance would be appreciate.
