I am looking for help with Joseph Oliver Risheill born about 1830 in or around Pottsville, PA. I hope that his parents are David and Hannah Mull Rishel from Pottsville, but cannot find any proof. Alot of websites list his birthdate as 3 Feb 1830 which make me think that there must be some sort of document with that date on it, a baptismal records maybe. Also David's father is said to be Leonard Rishel, any help with this would be much appreciated.
