I am looking for information about Frederic Harrison Knight (b. 22 OCT 1859 in Saco ME) and graduate of Dartmouth College, class of 1882. Specifically, I am hoping to learn about his time in Boston as superintendent of the New England Home for Little Wanderers - and his friendship with Dartmouth classmate, John Franklin Thompson. M.D.
Rev. Knight may have played a significant role in securing an American home for a young girl from Bavaria c. 1909 - my wife's grandmother.
