Having great luck today finding my Mayburys on Canadian passenger lists, leaving County Kerry for Montreal in the 1860s and 1870s. Finally found my direct ancestor George Maybury, who had been a forester on the Herbert Estate in Killarney. He arrived in 1874 with his wife, their two small daughters, and sister-in-law Henrietta McCarthy. The lists from this period do not give much info, and I knew approximately when they arrived, but it is nice to have anyway!

I agree, the passenger lists are quite the resource!
