Lookin for parents of Charles Augustus Foss who live in reportedly NYC where he met his wife, raised a family in Poughkeepsie NY, then moved to Belleville/Nutley NJ
Attached find family group sheet for Charles Augustus Foss who had German parents whose names MAY HAVE BEEN John and Mary (no real proof). Family tradition says they lived in NYC. His wife's parents were in NYC which is probably where he met her while living there.
There are three additional children whom are not on the gr sheet
11. Lillian Foss b. 12 Jul 1875 in Poughkeepsie, NY m Willis Lowe
12. Grace Eleanor Foss b 24 Jun 1877 d. 6 Jul 1878
13. Alice A. Foss b. Aug 23, 1879 Poughkeepsie, NY, d. Jul 9, 1904 Belleville, NJ later became Nutley, NJ
I would like to find Charles' parents. Some have him in a family in New Hampshire but his birth date and death date is not correct. Highly unlikely that that is correct either. Or any living relatives of Charles.
