Mu branch of the Jenks family in America began in Massachussets in 1635, migrated to Rhode Island, then back to Berkshire, Massachusetts. From there to New York (Berkshire Purchase), and on to Oakland County, Michigan in 1820.

My husband's Jenks ancestry diverted from RI via James Jenks to New Brunswick sometime after 1755.

And the questions, if any, are?
One that comes to mind is, is there a Jenks Family Association, and if so, what kind of ongoing work are they doing, both documentable research and DNA?
