Looking for ancestry of Margaret Fernald, born about 1783, Portsmouth, NH, d. 1866, Dracut, MA, married 1804, Portsmouth, Ezekiel Fitzgerald.

I cannot help you, but I, too, am seeking a Fernald--Jemima Fernald, my gggggrandmother, who married John Bickford in about 1773 in Nottingham, New Hampshire. She was born in about 1855, and they were married by Reverend Samuel Hutchins of Lee. I would greatly appreciate any information anyone has! (They moved to Stowe, Vermont, in 1799, and she died at the home of her son Abram on 8 Apr 1843.)

A Margaret Fernald was baptized on 2 Dec 1781 at 2nd Church, Berwick ME; no parents given in the published record at REGISTER 74:214 (searchable online here).
References to a Margaret Fernald in Register 1997 in Kittery Church Records are to 2 much earlier infants being baptized. Ditto the MF, dau. of John Fernald, bapt. 7 July 1745 at REGISTER 151:362.
Other than a Margaret H. Fernald, those are the only hits froma Register search.
Alas, no Ezekiel Fitzgerald turns up in a REGISTER search.
