Question:  Can you reveal the meaning of what a "Jobmaster" was in 19th century London, England?

 

Answr: A "Jobmaster" was someone who suppliied carriages and horses for hire to the general public.  Often this person would supply the driver for said horse and carriage, as well as delivering packages for customers.
