Explore the repositories of Hartford, Connecticut at the Connecticut State Library and Connecticut Historical Society. NEHGS staff and local experts will provide consultations, lectures, and the information you need to get the most out of Hartford's genealogical offerings. The trip includes individual consultations, expert lectures, a reception, and a group dinner.

 Single registration, $1,590 

(Includes 5 nights' hotel accommodations in a single room, reception, one dinner, lectures, consultations, orientations, and transportation between hotel and libraries)

 

Double registration, $1,390 per person 

(Includes 5 nights' hotel accommodations in a shared room, reception, one dinner, lectures, consultations, orientations, and transportation between hotel and libraries)

 

Double registration with Guest, $1,740 total for two people, including one researcher and one non-researching guest 

(Includes 5 nights' hotel accommodations in a shared room, reception, one dinner for both participants. Lectures,consultations, orientations, and transportation between hotel and libraries for researcher only.)

 

Cancellation Policy

Written cancellations received before March 1, 2014, will be subject to a $300 per person cancellation fee. No refund is possible after this date. Fees are based on group participation. There is no refund for services or portions of the tour not taken, or for participants who do not complete the tour.
