Please note the Weekend Research Getaway registration is exclusive of hotel accommodations. NEHGS members receive discounted room rates as available at the Charlesmark Hotel, located three short blocks from the library. The Charlesmark can be reached at 617-247-1212 or at www.thecharlesmark.com. Please identify yourself as an NEHGS member when contacting the Charlesmark for reservations, and expect to show your NEHGS membership card upon arrival.

Cancellation Policy

Written cancellations received before February 14, 2014 may be subject to a $100 per person cancellation fee. No refund is possible after this date. Fees are based on group participation. There is no refund for services or portions of the program not taken, or for participants who do not complete the program.
