Participants are responsible for their own travel arrangements to the program. NEHGS will secure lodging for participants at the Delta Brunswick, Delta Moncton, and Delta Fredericton for the duration of the program, September 22 - October 1, 2013. Participants seeking lodging before or after the specified dates are responsible for securing accommodations on their own. NEHGS strongly recommends that participants purchase travel insurance to protect against monetary loss.
Cancellation Policy
Written cancellations received before August 31, 2013, will be subject to a $500 per person cancellation fee. No refund is possible after this date. Fees are based on group participation. There is no refund for services or portions of the tour not taken, or for participants who do not complete the tour.
