Looking for a prisoner at Deer Island Prison in Boston during the 1920's and 1930's.

Question: My grand-father spent time in the Deer Island Jail in Boston between 1928-1936. I believe twice and only a few months each. How do I get information related to this to narrow down the time he was interned there.
