NEHGS is pleased to announce the launch of New Englanders in Nova Scotia, a database of 48,165 names from more than 650 families of New England Planters and Loyalists who settled in Nova Scotia beginning in 1759.
Searchable by first or last name, this database offers access to a full index of persons in the New Englanders in Nova Scotia articles written by Fred E. Crowell in the 1920s and 30s for the Yarmouth Herald. The collection also includes a name index for Mr. Crowell’s extensive research notes.
