Question: I understand that there were tombs undernearth the old Trinity Church in Boston.  Not the current edifice but that was destroyed in the great Boston Fire in November 1872.  Where were the tomb burials moved to?

Answer:  This question was something I investigated a few years ago.  According to the Mount Auburn Cemetery in Cambridge, Mass. many of the burials were reinterred at their cemetery.  Their is a plot within Mount Auburn which is still the property of Trinity Church currently containing these reburials.
